Do I still need to log into the original procurement portal?

Often, Tendify reduces the need to log into each individual portal just to access tender documents. The goal is to bring available files into one workspace so your team can review the opportunity without chasing portal links manually.

However, some portals may still require registration, login or official access for submission, clarification questions or bid upload. Tendify supports the review workflow, but official participation may still happen through the original procurement system.

What default questions are included in the Tender Brief?

Tendify includes a default set of qualification questions designed to help your team understand the tender quickly.

What are the financial standing requirements for this tender?
What is the core scope of work and statement of work summary for this tender?
What technical constraints, required technologies, or methodologies are specified in this tender?
What is the contract timeline?

How do monitors work?

A monitor stores the criteria from a useful search. Tendify uses that setup to check whether new tenders appear that match what your team is looking for.

When new opportunities are found, they can appear in the app for review. Depending on your monitor settings, new matches can also be added to the pipeline automatically.

How do I use the Tender Workspace for a bid/no-bid decision?

Start with the Details tab to understand the basic facts. Then review the Tender Brief to see answers to your default and custom qualification questions. Use Resources to inspect the underlying files, and ask Riko follow-up questions where you need clarification.

After reviewing the workspace, move the tender to the right pipeline status and add comments or teammate mentions if more action is needed.

How do I write a good search phrase?

A good search phrase should describe what you sell, where you want to find tenders and what kind of buyer or project you care about.

Include the service or product you provide.
Include the country or region if relevant.
Use business language, not only procurement language.
Avoid being too narrow on the first try unless you know exactly what you need.

How is Riko different from ChatGPT?
