Start with the Details tab to understand the basic facts. Then review the Tender Brief to see answers to your default and custom qualification questions. Use Resources to inspect the underlying files, and ask Riko follow-up questions where you need clarification.

After reviewing the workspace, move the tender to the right pipeline status and add comments or teammate mentions if more action is needed.

Riko Chat lets you ask custom questions about the tender. You can ask about requirements, deadlines, risks, eligibility, documents or how the opportunity fits your business.

Use Riko when the Tender Brief answers are not enough and you want to explore the opportunity in more detail.

The Resources tab contains available tender documents collected for that opportunity. This helps your team work from one document set instead of logging into multiple portals or chasing scattered links.

The Tender Brief tab contains answers to qualification questions. These include Tendify default questions and any custom questions your team defines.

The goal is to help your team avoid reading every tender document from scratch. Instead, you start from the answers that matter most for qualification.

The Details tab contains the structured information about the tender, such as location, buyer, value, deadline, description and requirements where available.

Use this tab to quickly understand the basic facts of the opportunity before reviewing the brief or documents.

The Tender Workspace is the view you open for a specific tender in your pipeline. It brings together the information your team needs to understand and work on that opportunity.

Each tender workspace includes four main tabs: Details, Tender Brief, Resources and Riko Chat.
