Frequently asked questions from this category
Can I turn off or pause a monitor?

Yes. You can pause a monitor when you no longer want Tendify to check for new opportunities from that saved search. You can reactivate it later if the market becomes relevant again.

What does it mean if a monitor finds no new tenders?

It means Tendify did not find new opportunities matching that monitor during the latest run. This does not necessarily mean something is wrong.

If a monitor finds no new tenders for several days, check whether the criteria are too narrow, the market is low-volume or the topic is too specific.

How do I improve a monitor?

Review the tenders your monitor finds. If too many are irrelevant, make the monitor more specific. If it finds too few opportunities, broaden the search or create a second monitor with a different angle.

A good monitor improves over time. The more you review results, the easier it becomes to understand what should be added, removed or split into a separate monitor.

How many monitors should I create?

Create one monitor for each distinct market or vertical your business covers, service area or search strategy you want to track. It is often better to have several focused monitors than one very broad monitor.

For example, a company selling IT services could create separate monitors for “software development in Germany,” “cybersecurity services in the UK” and “maintenance and support tenders in Croatia.”

Can a monitor add tenders to my pipeline automatically?

Yes, if you enable that option when setting up the monitor. This is useful when you want every new match from that monitor to enter the pipeline for review.

If you prefer more control, you can keep automatic pipeline adding turned off and move tenders into the pipeline manually when they look promising.

How do monitors work?

A monitor stores the criteria from a useful search. Tendify uses that setup to check whether new tenders appear that match what your team is looking for.

When new opportunities are found, they can appear in the app for review. Depending on your monitor settings, new matches can also be added to the pipeline automatically.

What is a Daily Monitor?

A Daily Monitor is a saved search that keeps watching the market for new tender opportunities. Instead of running the same search manually every day, you save the setup once and let Tendify check for new matches automatically.
