Resources provide the document context used when reviewing the tender. Tender Briefs use available documents to answer qualification questions, while Riko Chat can help you ask follow-up questions about the tender context.

This keeps the workflow connected: documents, answers, chat and pipeline decisions all stay attached to the same tender.

If a document is available in the Resources tab, you can use it as part of your tender review workflow. You can download documents one by one or in bulk.

If a document is missing, there may be several reasons: the source did not provide it publicly, the document requires a portal login, the file is not available yet, or the source structure prevents automatic collection.

When this happens, use the original source link to verify whether additional files are available. If the file should be available but is missing in Tendify, contact support with the tender link and document name.

Often, Tendify reduces the need to log into each individual portal just to access tender documents. The goal is to bring available files into one workspace so your team can review the opportunity without chasing portal links manually.

However, some portals may still require registration, login or official access for submission, clarification questions or bid upload. Tendify supports the review workflow, but official participation may still happen through the original procurement system.

Where available, Tendify collects tender documents and places them in the Resources tab for the tender. This gives your team one place to access files connected to the opportunity.

Resources are also useful because they provide context for Tender Briefs and Riko Chat.
