Frequently asked questions from this category
What if I do not know what to search for?

Start with a simple description of the tenders you want to find. You do not need a perfect search phrase on the first try.

  • "IT support tenders in Germany"
  • "Construction projects in Croatia"
  • "Cybersecurity services for public sector buyers"
  • "Medical equipment supply tenders in France"

Tip: If you are unsure, start broad, review the first results and narrow the search based on what looks relevant or irrelevant.

Do I need procurement experience to use Tendify?

No. Tendify is designed to help teams that want a simpler way to work with public tenders, even if they do not have a dedicated bid team yet.

You do not need to know every portal, CPV code or procurement term before getting started. You can start with a search phrase, review what Tendify finds and improve your setup over time.

What is the difference between Search, Monitor and Pipeline?

Search is how you start exploring tender opportunities. It helps you define what kind of tenders you want Tendify to find.

A Monitor is a saved search that keeps checking the market for new tenders. It can surface new opportunities automatically and, if enabled, add them to your pipeline.

The Pipeline is where your team works on tenders. You use it to review opportunities, move them through statuses, add comments, mention teammates and attach files.

What should I try during the 7-day trial?

The goal of the trial is not just to look around the platform. By the end of the trial, you should have a working tender workflow: at least one search, one monitor, a few pipeline opportunities and at least one tender reviewed with Tender Brief, Resources and Riko Chat.

  • Day 1: Run your first search and save one useful monitor.
  • Day 2-3: Check new opportunities and move promising tenders into the pipeline.
  • Day 3-4: Open tenders, review Details, Tender Brief and Resources, and ask Riko follow-up questions.
  • Day 6-7: Review new daily opportunities and decide whether Tendify is producing the right workflow for your team.
What should I do first after signing up?

The best first step is to run your first search. During onboarding, Tendify asks a short set of questions to understand what kind of tenders you want to find. After that, you can start with a search phrase and review the first results.

If the results look useful, save the search as a monitor. This lets Tendify keep checking for new opportunities automatically.

  • Run one search.
  • Review the first results.
  • Adjust the search if needed.
  • Save a useful search as a monitor.
  • Move promising tenders into your pipeline.
What is Tendify?

Tendify is a tender workflow platform that helps your team discover, monitor, review and manage public tender opportunities from one place.

Instead of checking portals manually, your team can run searches, save monitors, review new opportunities in a pipeline and use the tender workspace to understand each opportunity faster.

  • Tender Search helps you define what you want to find.
  • Daily Monitors keep checking the market for new opportunities.
  • The Pipeline helps your team manage tenders through statuses and next steps.
  • The Tender Workspace brings together Details, Tender Brief, Resources and Riko Chat.
