Data coverage & sources

Are municipal tenders included?

Yes. Tendify includes municipal tenders.

The platform monitors procurement portals at multiple levels, including:

  • municipal (city or regional authorities)
  • national government portals
  • EU-level procurement sources

Many public tenders are published at the municipal level, especially for areas such as construction, infrastructure, IT services, healthcare supplies, and local public services.

Tendify collects these opportunities from the portals it monitors and matches them against your company profile just like any other tender.

Data coverage & sources

Are EU tenders included?

Yes. Tendify includes EU-level tenders.

The platform collects opportunities from both:

  • TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) — the official EU procurement database
  • national procurement portals that publish EU-funded or cross-border tenders

These opportunities are processed and matched to your company profile in the same way as other tenders.

This ensures that you can discover both national and EU-level procurement opportunities across the markets you selected.

Data coverage & sources

How often is tender data updated?

Tendify updates tender data several times per day.

The platform continuously scans procurement portals and adds newly published tenders to the database throughout the day.

Each time new tenders are collected, they are automatically evaluated against company profiles and included in the matching process.

This ensures that new opportunities are discovered quickly and appear in your matches as soon as they are processed.

Data coverage & sources

What procurement portals does Tendify monitor?

Tendify monitors more than 4,000 procurement portals across Europe.

This includes:

  • EU-level portals, such as TED (Tenders Electronic Daily)
  • national procurement portals operated by governments
  • regional and municipal portals where many public tenders are published

These sources cover a wide range of public procurement opportunities across industries and countries.

You can see the full list of monitored procurement portals here.

Data coverage & sources

Which countries does Tendify cover?

Tendify currently monitors procurement portals across 33 European countries.

This includes:

  • all EU member states
  • Norway and Switzerland
  • the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

By combining EU-level, national, regional, and municipal procurement sources, Tendify provides broad coverage of public tender opportunities across Europe.

You can view the full list of countries and monitored portals here.

Notifications & emails

What does “no new matches today” mean?

If you see the message “no new matches today”, it simply means that no new tenders matched your company profile since the last update.

Tendify scans procurement portals several times per day and compares newly published tenders with your company profile. If none of the new tenders meet your matching criteria, the daily digest email will indicate that there were no new matches for that day.

This doesn’t mean the system stopped working — it means that no new tenders meeting your preferences were found during the latest scan.

As soon as relevant tenders appear, they will be included in your next daily update and visible in your dashboard.

Notifications & emails

Can I stop email notifications?

Yes, you can stop receiving email notifications at any time.

You can do this in two ways:

  • From the email itself – click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Tendify email.
  • From your account settings – update your notification preferences inside the platform.

If you disable email notifications, you can still access all matched tenders directly in your Tendify dashboard.

Notifications & emails

How can I change my notification settings?

You can manage your email notifications in your account settings.

To update your preferences:

  • Open Account Settings in Tendify
  • Go to the Notifications section
  • Adjust your email notification preferences

From there you can choose whether you want to receive daily tender updates and other platform notifications.

Your changes take effect immediately.

Notifications & emails

Why did I receive an email without matches?

Tendify sends daily digest emails on business days (Monday–Friday) to keep you informed about new opportunities.

If no new tenders matched your profile since the last update, the email will simply inform you that no new matches were found for that day.

We still send the update so you know that the system:

  • scanned new tenders
  • checked them against your company profile
  • confirmed that none matched your current criteria

As soon as new relevant tenders appear, they will be included in the next daily digest email and in your Tendify dashboard.

Notifications & emails

How often does Tendify send email updates?

Tendify sends daily digest emails on business days (Monday–Friday).

Each email contains any new tenders that matched your company profile since the previous update.

If no new tenders match your criteria on a given day, the email will simply inform you that no new matches were found. This ensures you always know the system has checked for new opportunities.

You can review the matched tenders directly from the email or by opening your Tendify dashboard.

Notifications & emails

How do daily tender alerts work?

Tendify continuously scans procurement portals and collects newly published tenders several times per day.

Each time new tenders are added to the database, the system compares them with company profiles and calculates matches based on your preferences and profile settings.

New matches are then delivered through the daily digest email, which is sent on business days (Monday–Friday).

Each email includes:

  • newly matched tenders
  • key details such as deadline, location, and value
  • a direct link to open the tender in Tendify

This allows you to quickly review relevant opportunities without manually checking multiple procurement portals.

Using the platform

How often should I check the platform?

You don’t need to check Tendify constantly.

Tendify scans procurement portals several times per day and delivers newly matched tenders through the daily digest email, which you receive each morning.

Most users simply:

  • review the daily email summary
  • open the platform to examine tenders that look promising
  • shortlist or archive opportunities

Checking the platform once per day or a few times per week is usually enough to stay on top of relevant opportunities.

Using the platform

Can I export tender information?

Tendify does not currently offer a dedicated export feature for tender data.

However, you can download the original documents attached to each tender, exactly as they were published by the contracting authority. These documents are usually available in PDF format.

To access them:

  1. Open the tender in Tendify
  2. Scroll to the Documents section in the sidebar
  3. Download the files provided with the tender

These documents typically include the official specifications, requirements, and additional materials published by the authority.

Using the platform

Can I search or filter tenders manually?

No. Tendify does not include manual search or filtering.

Instead of browsing large tender databases, Tendify automatically matches opportunities to your company profile and presents them in a structured feed.

You will see tenders organized into a few simple sections:

  • Top Matches – tenders with the strongest fit for your company
  • Other Matches – additional relevant opportunities worth reviewing
  • Shortlist – tenders you want to track or consider further
  • Archive – tenders you marked as not relevant

This approach removes the need for manual filtering and helps you focus on evaluating opportunities rather than searching for them.

Using the platform

How can I track tender deadlines?

Each tender in Tendify includes the official submission deadline published by the contracting authority.

When reviewing a matched tender, you can easily see the deadline directly in the tender details. This helps you quickly understand how much time remains to evaluate the opportunity and prepare a bid.

To stay organized, you can also shortlist tenders you want to track, making it easier to return to them later and check upcoming deadlines.

Using the platform

How do I mark a tender as irrelevant?

If a tender is not relevant for your company, you can easily mark it as irrelevant.

To do this:

  1. Open the tender in Tendify
  2. Click Archive (or the archive icon)
  3. The tender will be moved to the Archive section

Archiving tenders helps keep your feed clean and focused on opportunities that are more relevant for your business.

Over time, this also helps Tendify better understand which types of opportunities are most useful for you.

Using the platform

How do I shortlist opportunities?

If you find a tender that looks promising, you can add it to your Shortlist.

To do this:

  1. Open the tender in Tendify
  2. Click the Shortlist button
  3. The tender will appear in the Shortlist section

Shortlisting helps you keep track of opportunities you may want to pursue or review later.

You can return to the Shortlist tab anytime to quickly access the tenders you’ve marked as important.

Using the platform

How do I review matched tenders?

You can review matched tenders directly in your Tendify dashboard.

When you open the platform, you will see tenders organized into two main sections:

  • Top Matches – tenders with the strongest fit for your company
  • Other Matches – additional opportunities that may still be relevant

To review a tender:

  1. Click on the tender title or card
  2. Open the tender detail view
  3. Review key information such as description, contracting authority, deadline, location, estimated value, and attached documents

From there you can decide to:

  • Shortlist the opportunity
  • Archive it if it’s not relevant

This allows you to quickly evaluate opportunities and focus on the tenders that matter most.

Tender matching

Can I influence the types of tenders I receive?

Yes. The types of tenders you receive depend on the preferences and information defined in your company profile.

You can influence matching by adjusting:

  • target markets (countries where you want to bid)
  • languages used in tenders
  • typical contract value range
  • industry keywords and services describing your company

These signals help Tendify understand which opportunities are relevant for your business.

If you notice that the matches are too broad or not fully aligned with your focus, updating these settings can significantly improve the results.

You can also shortlist relevant tenders or archive irrelevant ones, which helps refine your feed over time.

Tender matching

What should I do if my matches don’t look right?

If your matches don’t look right, the most common reason is that some parts of your company profile need adjustment.

This usually happens when:

  • target markets are too broad or too narrow
  • the contract value range doesn’t match the projects you typically pursue
  • the keywords or industry description don’t accurately reflect your service.

Even small changes can significantly improve match quality.

If you’re unsure what to adjust, Riko AI can guide you through improving your profile. Riko will suggest changes that help the system better understand your company and increase the confidence of the matching model.

You can update your profile anytime in your company settings.

Tender matching

How often are new tenders matched?

Tendify scans procurement portals several times per day to collect newly published tenders.

Each time new tenders are added to the database, the system automatically compares them with company profiles and calculates new matches.

Matched opportunities are then delivered to users through the daily digest email, which is sent the following morning. You can also view them directly in the platform.

This approach ensures that your feed is regularly updated while keeping notifications simple and easy to follow.

Tender matching

Why am I seeing tenders that are not perfectly relevant?

Tendify doesn’t only show “perfect” matches.

In some cases, depending on your company profile and preferences, there may be only a small number of tenders that score as excellent matches.

To make sure you still see potentially valuable opportunities, Tendify also displays good matches in the Other Matches section.

These tenders typically have a Fit score of 80% or higher. They may not be a perfect fit, but they could still be relevant depending on your capabilities, partnerships, or strategic priorities.

This approach ensures that Tendify reviews the full market and surfaces not only the strongest matches, but also other opportunities that may still be worth evaluating.

Tender matching

Why are some tenders filtered out?

Some tenders are filtered out based on the hard preferences you selected in your company profile.

Currently, two settings act as hard filters:

  • Target markets – Tendify will only show tenders from the countries you selected.
  • Languages – Only tenders published in the languages you chose will appear in your feed.

If a tender is published outside those markets or in a different language, it will not be shown.

These filters help ensure that the opportunities you see are aligned with where your company is able and willing to bid.

You can update these preferences anytime in your company settings.

Tender matching

What does the match score mean?

The Fit score indicates how well a tender matches your company profile and preferences.

Tendify evaluates several factors when calculating this score, including:

  • your industry and service keywords
  • your target markets
  • your preferred contract value range
  • the type of work described in the tender

Based on this evaluation, each opportunity receives a percentage score that reflects its relevance to your company.

As a general guide:

  • 90%+ → excellent match
  • 80–89% → good match (shown in Other Matches)

The Fit score helps you quickly understand which tenders are the strongest opportunities to review first.

Tender matching

How does Tendify match tenders to my company?

Tendify matches tenders by comparing each opportunity with your company profile.

First, Tendify analyzes your company website and onboarding information to understand:

  • what your company does
  • which industry you operate in
  • which services or products you provide

This creates a structured company profile with industry keywords and preferences.

When new tenders are collected from procurement portals, Tendify evaluates each opportunity against that profile, considering factors such as:

  • industry relevance
  • type of work described in the tender
  • target markets
  • preferred contract value range
  • languages

Based on this comparison, the system calculates a Fit score and places the tender in either Top Matches or Other Matches.

This allows you to focus first on the opportunities that best align with your business.

Company profile & setup

What happens if my company offers multiple services?

Tendify can match tenders for multiple related services within the same company profile.

For example, if your company provides both software development and IT consulting, Tendify will generate matches for both areas as long as they are reflected in your company profile and keywords.

If your company operates in completely different industries (for example software development and construction services), it is usually better to create separate company profiles so that matching remains precise for each activity.

In most cases, however, companies offer closely related services and a single profile works perfectly.

Company profile & setup

How can I improve match accuracy?

Match accuracy depends on how precisely your company profile reflects your business.

To get the most relevant matches, make sure you clearly define:

  • your target markets (countries where you want to bid)
  • the languages you work in
  • your typical contract value range

the industry keywords and services that best describe your company

The more accurate this information is, the better Tendify can match tenders to your profile.

If you’re unsure what to adjust, Riko AI can help. Riko guides you through improving your profile and increasing the system’s confidence in how it understands your company.

You can review and update your profile anytime in your company settings.

You can review and update your profile anytime in your company settings.
Company profile & setup

What does “typical contract value” mean?

Typical contract value defines the range of tender values your company is interested in.

Tendify uses this preference to filter opportunities and show only tenders that match the contract size you typically pursue.

If a tender includes an estimated value and it falls outside the range you selected, it will not appear in your matches.

In some cases, procurement notices do not publish the contract value. When this happens, the tender may still appear in your feed and will be displayed with “N/A” as the value.

You can update your contract value range anytime in your company settings.

You can update your contract value range anytime in your company settings.
Company profile & setup

What are “target markets” and how do they affect matching?

Target markets define the countries where you want to find tenders.

When you select target markets, Tendify will only match tenders from those countries. This acts as a hard filter, meaning opportunities from other markets will not appear in your feed.

For example, if you select:

  • Germany
  • Austria
  • Netherlands

Tendify will only show tenders published in those markets.

This helps ensure that the opportunities you see are aligned with where your company is able or willing to bid.

You can update your target markets at any time in your company settings.

You can update your target markets in your company settings
Company profile & setup

Can I edit my company profile after setup?

Yes. You can edit your company profile at any time.

Tendify automatically creates an initial profile based on your website, but you remain fully in control of the information used for matching.

You can update your profile to:

  • adjust your company description
  • add or remove keywords
  • change your target markets
  • modify your typical contract value range
  • update languages or other preference

Updating your profile helps Tendify refine the matching process and improve the relevance of the tenders you receive.

Changes are applied immediately and will affect future matches.

Company profile & setup

How does Tendify analyze my company website?

When you enter your company website, Tendify uses AI to analyze the content of your site in order to understand what your business does.

The system looks for signals such as:

  • the services or products you offer
  • the industry you operate in
  • the types of projects or clients you mention

Based on this analysis, Tendify creates an initial company profile and generates relevant industry keywords that will be used for tender matching.

This profile is then compared against tenders published across EU, national, and regional procurement portals.

During onboarding, you can review, edit, and confirm this information before matching begins, ensuring the profile accurately reflects your company.

Getting started

Do I need to prepare anything before getting started?

No special preparation is required.

The easiest way to get started is to enter your company website, which allows Tendify to automatically analyze your business and pre-fill your company profile.

If your website is very simple or you prefer not to use it, you can also enter your company name manually. In that case, the system won’t be able to pre-fill the profile automatically, so you’ll need to set up your company details during onboarding.

For the trial, you don’t need to prepare additional documents. However, having a clear understanding of your:

  • target markets
  • typical contract value
  • services or products you provide

can help Tendify generate more accurate matches.

Getting started

Can I use Tendify without technical knowledge?

Yes. Tendify is designed to be easy to use even if you have no prior experience with public tenders.

Many traditional tender platforms require users to understand complex classifications, filters, and procurement terminology. Tendify simplifies this process by automatically analyzing your company and matching relevant tenders for you.

You do not need to manually search databases or configure complex filters.

During onboarding you simply:

  • confirm your company information
  • select your preferred markets, languages, and contract value range
  • optionally add or adjust keywords

Tendify then continuously matches tenders to your profile and presents them in a simple feed.

You can review opportunities, shortlist the relevant ones, and archive those that are not a good fit.

Getting started

Do I need to manually search for tenders?

No. Tendify does not require manual searching.

Instead of browsing tender databases and applying filters, Tendify automatically matches opportunities to your company based on your profile and preferences.

In the platform you’ll see two main sections:

  • Top Matches – tenders with the strongest fit for your company
  • Other Matches – additional relevant opportunities that may still be worth reviewing

From there, you can:

  • shortlist tenders you want to track
  • archive opportunities that are not relevant

Tendify continuously scans procurement portals and updates your matches automatically, so you can focus on evaluating opportunities rather than searching for them.

Getting started

What happens during the 7-day trial?

During the 7-day trial, you have full access to all Tendify features. There are no feature limitations or restricted data.

You can:

  • see all tenders matched to your company
  • view the Fit score for each opportunity
  • review tender details such as description, contracting authority, deadline, location, and estimated value
  • access links to the original tender documentation
  • manage and review opportunities directly inside the platform

The trial is designed to give you enough time to evaluate how relevant the matches are for your company and whether Tendify fits your tender discovery workflow.

Getting started

How long does it take to receive my first matches?

In most cases, your first matches appear within a few minutes after completing onboarding.

Tendify needs a short moment to analyze your company profile and compare it with tenders across the portals we monitor. This usually takes around 3–5 minutes, depending on the complexity of your profile.

Once the analysis is complete:

  • you’ll see your first matches directly in the Tendify dashboard
  • you’ll also receive an email notification with the results

After that, Tendify continues scanning new tenders several times per day and updates your matches automatically.

Getting started

How to sign up and start trial?

Starting a trial on Tendify takes just a few steps.

First, you enter your company website and create an account. After confirming your email address, you’ll be guided through a short onboarding process.

During onboarding, you will:

  • review and confirm the information Tendify identified about your company
  • adjust details if needed
  • select your tender preferences (markets, languages, contract value, etc.)
  • indicate your experience level with public tenders

This helps Tendify understand your company and tailor the matching process to your needs.

Once onboarding is complete, Tendify begins analyzing your profile and matching it against live tenders across Europe.

Getting started

What is Tendify and how does it work?

Tendify helps companies find public tenders that match their business without manually searching dozens of procurement portals.

When you enter your company website, Tendify analyzes it using AI to understand what your company does, which industry it belongs to, and which services you provide. Based on this analysis, the system generates keywords and a company profile used for tender matching.

Tendify then continuously monitors more than 4,000 procurement portals, including EU, national, and regional sources, and scans new tenders several times per day.

Each tender is evaluated against your company profile and preferences, including:

  • target markets
  • contract value range
  • languages
  • industry and type of work

The result is a Fit score, which indicates how well a tender matches your company.

  • 90%+ → strong match
  • 70–89% → good match (shown under Other Matches)

Instead of browsing large tender databases, you receive a focused list of opportunities aligned with your business.
